Located in the beautiful, coastal city of Santa Cruz, CA, RennVolks Garage began as a mobile repair business in 2022 that quickly outgrew the limitations of mobile visits and a traveling schedule. Now centrally located near Hwy 1 and Soquel Dr, folks from all over Santa Cruz county can easily access top-notch services, from Scotts Valley and Davenport, all the way down to Big Sur. Our modest, two-bay facility ensures that each project receives extreme attention to detail and care. With over 15 years of Volkswagen and Porsche experience, the team at RennVolks Garage is ready to care for your vehicle and keep it road-worthy for generations. For our favorite VW platforms, the Beetle, the Bus, and the Vanagon, our shelves are stocked with regular maintenance parts to provide quick turn-around times to get you back on the road. We put an emphasis on finding quality parts over cheap fixes.

Ralph ( Owner)

Born & Raised amongst California’s Car Culture, Ralph Guglielm at RennVolks Garage developed a passion for automobiles, especially classic European sports cars. When bestowed with vintage VW ownership, some people find themselves becoming a hobbyist mechanic, and some are content to have their enjoyment and then move on. For Ralph it was a calling, a connection to the past, a desire set in motion to restore, maintain, and embrace these vintage classic cars and the rich history and community that surrounds them.

With modern vehicles being products of “throw away” culture, the team at RennVolks Garage strives to preserve classic VW, Porsche, & European models to keep some character and charm on the roadways. Here at Rennvolks Garage, it’s about more than just preserving metal…we preserve memories.
